Burn, garfield, burn.
What time is it ? A new clock ... a human one this time.
Another one is this : The Blokklok. You can even download it as a screensaver.
Truly he has risen : Father Tucker.
Don't mess with this driver ... or send him an e-mail.
If you think Bush has many friends, watch this one first.
People who are against alcohol. They exist. They even make posters.
Signs Language, a collection of photos containing humorous, bizarre, and or confusing signs from around the world.
WTFOMG !!! this update is already finished ? Yes it is ... come back tomorrow for more funny stuff.
On the other hand, plenty of things posted today to keep you busy for at least another 30 min. Check below for more fun posted by myself and Wastrel earlier today.
And if you are looking for something else, like e.g. some classy babes you can always check my other blog with 10.000 visitors/daily. Yes yes, Coolio's babelog is doing great nowadays. Thank you :)

City Parade :) |

Found a new cool weblog which deserves a bookmark : Wwweb's Daily News Photo.
In the city of Ghent, yesterday we experienced a Cityparade, one of the biggest free parties in Belgium. What's so special about it ?
Great music, luckily some good weather and especially some fine Belgian babes.
You want to take a closer look at the babes ?
And you bet they were hot.
Hmmm, gimme more of these, i hear you think.
Think i'll do a repost of this beauties at the Babelog too.
Thx DBB for your research ;)
If anyone, who has been on the Cityparade, knows more sites with pictures, mail me.
Time for some Smashing.
Also check the Cubebuster.
Weebl and Wee Bull.
BTW, Wastrel, that Crypt Raider game you posted here yesterday is killing me ;)
Active Adults, better change this into Weird Adults. But hey, it looks good and
Sleep tight tonight.
Google Viewer, something usefull to bookmark.
Fork you !
If you are looking for some emulated (spelled right) games, check this one. Though it's in Spanish you know how to download ;)
Powerskip, the ultimate running and jumping event.
Think you'll have enough now, check the other posts of today and yesterday. This will keep you busy for a long time ... nevertheless we'll be back tomorrow with a bunch of new links.
Coolio's is hardly to follow nowadays. Though i'm satisfied with the amount of visitors (approx 2500 hits/day) it's incredible to see how many hits other weblogs count. How do they do this ? I don't know and really don't bother about this. People who are satisfied will always come back. To all of you who always supported Coolio's i would like to send out a big thank you. Keep coming back and bookmark this site ;)

First of all ... now that we are back and this on servers with better performance i took some time to 'analyse' the stats.
It seems many of the visitors enter trough the forward from my old site @ shrimpwars.be
Because i don't know how long shrimpwars will stay online i only have one advice, please update your bookmarks as soon as possible.
Another thing is the banner on top of this page. One of the 'drawbacks' of my transfer over to the flabber.nl-domain is that i was forced to include a banner. On the contrary, Flaxe, is offering us some great service with ultrafast servers and backbones. If you're looking for some quality hosting : click the banner. Too bad they don't have any information in English language. So foreign visitors, scroll down to the content ;)
Today i received a couple of mails with some recommended sites. Thx Ian and Mr. Move X.
Let's start with some 'sexy' ones.
The Illustrated Book of Sexual Records, Sexual Superlatives from all around the World.
Your daily portion of sex news.
Work it, along with some music of Daft Punk.
Men who look like Kenny Rogers.
Please mail me the same suggestions. I share this dude's feeling.
Le Kikki game. Fill in your nickname and click on 'space' to start the game.
Snoop Dogg Bo$$ Playa game.
This is not a war (it's love), a real masterpiece by Kottke
Maybe i'll post another one later. I have some more in the pipeline ;)

The Olsen twins are 17 years old today. Tick, tick, tick. :-)
I just took the BBC's weekly News Quiz and down at the bottom they've got a bonus puzzler; what is the question to the answer "What the hell was I thinking?" (And, no, that's not what got me wondering about the Olsen twins.) Soooo... answers in comments please:- which question gets the answer "What the hell was I thinking?" And take a crack at NoFear's photo caption challenge below why you're at it.

Yes, yes ... believe it or not, Coolio('s) is getting famous.
I've been asked by SpacerUK, an online magazine, for an interview. Aahhh, being famous feels soooo good.
Thank you for the flowers, gifts, ...
Now, it's your turn to show appreciation, just like Erik told in his posting right below this one, check the 2 new contests namely : The Coolio's photoshops and the Coolio's Fan Gallery.
I know it's not that original anymore but i'm thinking about some more Photoshop contests in the future. It all depends on the reactions on the above 2 contests + the interest in doing such things over here at Coolio's. Maybe we should discuss this in the comments ?

It's no secret how fun drinking can be. The simple act of getting plastered has the remarkable effect of making any experience in normal surroundings far more exciting. By providing the Heavy Drinker's Guide to Iowa City, Keef hopes to provide newcomers to his beautiful city the means to enjoy it to the fullest-- through a drunken haze.
Don't forget to check out the images of your date with Keef !
See Wastrel and Coolio's posting below, both with a huge set of links for more fun, fun, fun, fun, fun, fun, fun, fun, fun, fun, fun, fun, fun, fun, fun, fun, fun, fun, fun, fun, fun, fun, fun.

Lots of shiny new things at Coolio's. We've just set up a Fan Gallery so can email us your pics and we'll put 'em up. It's always fun to see what people look like. (My last photo was taken in... 1988. Good grief.) There's our Guestmap so that we can see where you're all from - we've already got people from Canada, America, Germany, Belgium, the UK and Ireland leaving their mark there. And for those more techminded than me we're now offfering RDF and XML feeds, so feel free to take advantage. And, of course, the everlovin' babelog is still with us. :-)
(BTW, for Internet Explorer users who miss the old Coolio's icon, it's still available here. The whole business of having to save fav icons is due to a glitch in IE.)
Ace flier Skybolter was big when it first came out and now they've got a new version on the go. Check the rest of Underdog's site for some very promising demos.
A few flash playthings. Includes a nice one with dear, sweet Anna.
Factuality: history through the eyes of those who lived it at EyeWitness, the story of espionage at the Spy Museum, raise your consciousness at Future Farmers and find out the meaning of any symbol.
Sanitary product ads (we never promised you good taste): Mighty Midols - slogan: 'The Mighty Midols bring quick relief. Period.' - and the Feminine Hygiene Song.
Come see: the fun stuff at Art Barn, great design at Smallplace, multimedia heaven at I Want My Flash TV and maximum laughter at Robin Williams.
A couple from Japan: Outside 20 ('this is a parrot story with wrong english & heavy impact') and the Perpetual Motion Robot.
Parodies: the Matrix (comic) and Mastercard (vid.)
Retro arcades: Rezin69 and good old Aunty Beeb.
Summer holidays: ladies can get sort-of-free accomodation in Athens, Greece and those visiting the lovely Netherlands can stay at the Black Tulip Hotel. If you like that sort of thing.
Question for Black Tulip Hotel residents: What's your sexual fetish?
Camp Chaos' most popular series Angry Naked Pat has a great site of it's own.
Pillow Dance.
New concept in programming: NaDa, the only software commercially available that is guaranteed not to crash your computer. Are you listening, Mr I-Can-Buy-Iceland-Without-Breaking-A-Sweat-Gates?
This has to be the ultimate 404 page.
Do we have any artists among our visitors? Visit Stripcreator, make a comic and tell us about it. :-)
See Coolio's post below for the latest on the site and some great links and all that's gone before.

Because postings with T-shirts are in today ... why not start with Crazy Teeshirts. Think my wife will hit me wearing this shirt but it looks good. Wonder if i get one for free from Crazy Teeshirts to do this little experiment.
The difference between torture and joy. It looks both torture to me. Man, grass and huge gardens, always a torture.
Art or Crap ... not easy to tell.
Now we are teasing you with quizes :
What is it ? Animal, vegetable or mineral.
What do you prefer : a snack or scat ?
Bo-la-re ... more of this !
Vagabond Paper Doll.
I shake U ...
Micheal Knight and Kit in a special adventure : Scene Rider.
Let's see what i do wrong in bed.
The story about Hamburgers and Wootbeer.
Butch Mushroom, great game ! Check the intro. And even more games
Skippy, the Goth Kangeroo.
ET, like you've seen him never before. On the same site i found Evil Sheep (rofl the Tarantino style) in Brian Mung's film gallery. Great stuff Brian.
You wonder why playing games is so cool nowadays. Watch this Battlefield 1942 weenie (thx Knoe).
And the last one of today. Damn Wastrel the bug is on the wire game you posted here a few days ago is keeping me busy. Great game.
Some information to the crowd. We're working on some enhancements and some new features to make surfing over here at Coolio's more fun. In the future we'll dump our posts into special categories for more convenient reading afterwards. We're still working on it, so be patient.
Also, if you finished reading at the main page ... scroll down to the bottom and click on 'more entries', by doing this you'll go to the recent archive. We're still busy making some monthly archives too. Much work to do but so less time. Andreas, my kind webmaster, is hanging at the bar now. He's suffering from the hard work he did to finalize a redesign of Coolio's Babelog and Coolio's Weblog (this one). Two websites in approx. 2 weeks. No wonder he's down at the moment. Keep up Andreas, you did a magnificent job ;)
Ok, don't forget to read the earlier posts of today, especially the post about the 'Coolio's Fan Gallery', still haven't received that much reactions on my request. C'mon !
I'm off now, listening to LamRim ... LamRim what ? Simple, it's just a Tibetan Buddhist Internet Radio. And leave me alone now :)

The Coolio Fan Gallery |

Let's celibrate our new start here at Flabber with a 'let's know eachother better'.
We added a 'The Coolio Fan Gallery' at the left side frame of the site inside the 'nifty stuff'-section.
What the real fans of Coolio's should do is take a picture of themselves, use your webcam or digital camera (if you're luck you have one) or simply scan a pic, and mail it to Coolio (check left side for mail). Try to add a funny or nice message on a paper why you adore Coolio's that much. Also send me some additional information, e.g. where you live, how long you're a fan, etc. Very surprised what you'll send me.
As an example i added, to explain how it should look like, myself and my 2 kids in the The Coolio Fan Gallery.
More nifty stuff is coming up, we are preparing a Coolio's Fan Store with T-shirts, caps, ...
Also check the post below about creating a T-shirt through Pixeltees. We're also waiting for someone who's creative to help us with this. Feel free to send us some examples.
Enough for now, the real Coolio's fan should be behind it's webcam or digital camera to send in it's picture for the fan gallery. C'mon !

Here we are. Nifty new design, eh? Thanks, Andreas. And thanks to Gert for hosting us. Oh, yeah, and blessed are they who update their bookmarks and links. :-)
Surfing before posting I saw that that the Geek test is springing up everywhere and I came across Google's new slideshow feature. Sweet.
New Get Your War On strip.
Help this bloke out with a new tattoo. We all make mistakes. :-)
Paranoia from the 50s with Ed Murrow and John Wayne (among others) at movies of the Cold War.
Coolio will like this: Aria Giovanni in knee high boots. :-)
Don't be one for the birds when playing Bug on a Wire.
The story of the original Matrix.
Oooh, look! Much stuff at the Flastdisk Network, inside info at Crytome, design goodness at Nosepilot and humour at Adam Sandler.
A new Germaine & Foamy episode, Form Letter.
'Buzzwordometer - the ultimate tool for scoring and ranking web pages by their Buzzosity™, a measurement of buzzword density.' See what it says about Microsoft.
No pocket change? Then this handy online coin-flipping service is for you.
Superior shooting action in Flash Tanks.
The menu at the Bunny Ranch is recommended by shock jock Howard Stern.
Brian Mung, UK flash genius, has two new ones out: Little Mew (recognize the song?) and Fancy Soup No.7, Experiment.
Other blogs (who they?) at Feedster. Click on the latest updated images to see what's new. And yesterday was officially Generic Link Day at Catch.
A bit of culture to end with; Well-Tempered Heads.

Coolio has finally let me out of the "borrowed" moving van, and as my eyes adjust to the light, I see that Andreas has done a wonderful job with the design! Also thanks again to Gert for providing us a corner of the web to inform/entertain. And thank you all, our daily visitors, for encourging us to continue on in all of this craziness!
First, let's start with some geese.
The slower you finish this race, the better. I got 48 seconds, but only after 20 minutes of trying. :)
Brain not fried yet? This will help. Hit shit+s a few times to scramble, then press 's' to solve. How do they expect you to be able to win if you can't peel off the stickers?
This is not a hoax! the seller tells us. But I wonder if the high bid is?
I like the bye-bye bear the best, I think.
And for the Lord of the Rings fans out there, Golem's acceptance speech.
And finally, are you still worried about coastal raids? Here's your man:

The new Coolios |

Welcome to my new home. If you come from the 'old Coolio's' at Shrimpwars do the following thing first : update your bookmarks.
What to tell ? We'll go on like we used to do, like bloggin' like hell and serving you daily a bunch of funny and high quality 'fun'-links. Some updates will be linkdumps, others will be supported by images, ... the editing system makes it easier now to make a more 'special post', so expect some new things in the near future.
But, first of all i would like to thank Andreas, an incredible cool guy i met on the internet several weeks ago. He asked me that day he could do a redesign of my babelog. It always sounds great when people are interested in your website. I told him : 'you're free to do your thing' and the result was incredible . What he did today, the 'new Coolio's' deserves all my respect ! Nice job Andreas.
My second 'thank you' goes out to Gert of Flabber for offering me this 'new home'. We're planning to work together in the 'blogging scene'. Things have to be worked out on this, so expect more on this collaboration shortly. One thing is sure on this matter ... Coolio's will remain Coolio's ...
So, hope you all plan to stay here with me, Erik, Ross, Knoedel and Nimbus. We don't want to lose you as a 'daily doggy style'-visitor.
A last thing ... if you have a link to Coolio's on your website pointing to coolios.shrimpwars.be i would like to kindly ask you to update this linkswap. On the other hand, if your link isn't among my list and you're already linking to me, please give me a yell. I'll linkswap immediately in return.
Have a nice and pleasant stay ... we are here to stay ... for your (and ours too) pleasure !

Soon we will make our move to our new home - see below & remember to update your bookmarks. Oh, and if anybody reading this has been kind enough to link to us, when we publish the new URL could you update as well? Thanx in advance. The Webby Awards were announced last night, but the site hasn't been updated yet (5.45 a.m. GMT) to show the winners. Wonder if we'll win? :-)
Do you think you have what it takes to get a movie made? Then make your pitch in The Networker.
News: They eat horses, don't they? (causing quite a furore here in the UK; we sit on them, don't eat them), an Australian judge has pulled the plug on a sex worker's tip sheet - example: 'don't wear shoes in bed' - and the cops cop on to military hi-tech: equipped with the LECTUS outfit they 'would be able to see in the dark, absorb bullets and blows without harm, communicate with others with a simple whisper, see through the eyes of remote team members, and walk through clouds of noxious chemicals or smoke without missing a step.'
A very small game of Pacman.
Douglas Adams, author of 'The Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy,' wrote this outstanding anmated series of Dr Who, Shada.
The Pool Game.
If you find the real thing too hard then try Spastic Chess.
Erich von Däniken. The 'Chariot of the Gods' chap. Ancient astronauts, that sort of thing, remember? He build a theme park in Switzerland called Mystery Park and it's got it's own webcam.
A pretty nifty skijump simulator.
To look at: find out the latest on urban legends at Snopes, see some good design at Superdeux, see some bad design at Sarah's Kinda Helpful Web Site and the past the way it should have been at the Institute of Official Cheer (an oldie but goldie.)
The joys of Japlish: tshirts.
Stick figure stuff: Original Death.
Tricky one, this; Swerve Rider.
And to round off, a musical interlude: Night On Ass Mountain.
See below for yesterday's great stuff from Coolio and Nimbus.

A short post with some links and some information about the transfer and future of Coolio's.
Ok, right at this moment, we are finalizing the latest stuff to make a transfer to a new host. The 'new Coolio's' will go live next saturday. When you surf to this place, you'll see a redirect to the new url. Don't forget to bookmark at that moment.
We'll transfer Coolio's to the new host along with a small redesign. Don't expect too much about it, it's a temporarly design simular to the babelog-design. A real redesign is planned in the near future. But ... i suppose the content and the fact Coolio's is here to stay will be the most important thing.
So expect more in a 2 days ;)
Enjoy this little one :
What movie quote are YOU?
Space Runner 2
Maybe you should start with the the first Spacerunner (thx Vito :))
A new Worth1000.com load : Scary signs, Miniature City and finally : ever thought what celebrities do for their living ?
Top ! Site of the day : Kozo's Thong Song.
Gals in time.
Einstein's Riddle. Einstein wrote this riddle this century. He said 98% of the world could not solve it. It's not hard, you just need to pay attention and be patient.
Don't spend too much time on this, so you don't miss Coolio's transfer to the new host ;)
Sure we all like soccer, girls and Tuborg. Put these things together and you'll see a Danish topless soccer game.
Ever heared about the Volkswagen Phaeton ? Great promotion on the internet though ...
Can't remember we posted Rustboy over here recently.
Check the posts of Ross and Nimbus, below this one.

See Erik and Coolio's posts below for the latest news on the site.
My old site is now listed as a f*cked weblog. Thanks, Tom. :-) I had a link sitting around that I forgot to post: opitical illusions.
Bob the Anal Fissure is a long read, but an early internet classic.
Cavehunter is a tricky little flier.
'A Bug's life' was a brilliant film, and now you can view all the outtakes that never made it to the big screen.
Darkhorse comics, one of the most innovative publishers out there, have put animated versions of some of their stories online. Darkness Falls, now a movie, and The Haunted Man which features a cookie monster for the 21st century, are two worth seeing.
Chess, Scrabble and Connect4 for those with attitude.
Get your client the contract in Lob For A Job.
Forgazy: check out the flash work at jeegee, scope the stuff on offer at FlashBooty, take a purity test and get up to date with the latest developments in science at EurekAlert.
This tshirt gave me a laugh.
The Groove Chamber Trio.
A superhero with a difference, Pickleman.
Do you have a real nice mouth? Find out if that's a problem with the Jail Rape Calculator.
Reason is a short movie highlighted by 20 Century Fox as marking the debut of a new talent in film making, director Seth Wiley. Grim, but compulsive viewing. (20MB, BTW.)
Where To Start, nice song with video.
Naughty pilllows, soft furnishings for those with a single track mind.

Weeeeee're back! Doupleplusw00t & then some! Well, for a while at least. I suppose all that news I wanted to post - Jesus was gay ('Uranus figured prominently in Jesus's astrological chart, as it did with many gays' - what other planet would it be?), Dog robs gas station (with CCTV pics) and Shadowbane massacre by hackers - is all old hat now. Oh yeah, Dear Raed, the Baghdad blogger, has been unmasked. Still, much left out there to find for your surfing pleasure.
New from Orisinal, Runaway Train.
Brainwash Studios have a new one as well, The Great Escape.
Viral marketing: Smoking (for a bit of balance, 31 May was World No Tobacco day.) And is this viral? (The password is "rad", BTW.)
A new Weebl and Bob, as well; normal service will be resumed as soon as possible.
2 games from the BBC: Bomb Disposal and Ghosts (broadband recommended for this one.)
Pity the fool who takes the Miracle Whip Challenge.
Checkworthy stuff: ace viewables at Channel 4's film competition Mesh, get up to date with the latest news at Newsfilter, cool work at Areadesign, see some brilliant animation at Blitz Digital Studios, including 'Frasier's Kelsey Grammer in 'Gary the Rat' and lastly, but not leastly, Getting It was an early webzine success which has now been archived online - check out FHM contributor Athena Douris' article My Pussy's On Fire :-).
Birthday surprise.
Every Bunny Was Kung-Fu Fighting.
Nifty little fighter: 3 Foot Ninja. (That's about 1 metre for our readers who follow the Napoleonic system. 90 centimetres, if you're being pedantic.)
And another new one from Mark Fiore, Total Information Awareness 2.
For no reason at all, the Red Army Choir singing the Hymn of the Soviet Union.
Badges for hookers, and why not.
In case you haven't played it already (it's real good) Space Runner 2
Check out Erik's definitive Star Wars Kid post below and see what Coolio has to say about the long term future of the site. Belgium's about 1 hour ahead of the UK so they'll probably be yesterday's posts by now. But not where I am. :-)

The Starwars Kid |

You're really into Star Wars and you have a school video camera, so what do you do ? Easy, you take a broom stick and video tape yourself being Darth Maul.
You're also pretty dumb, so what do you forget to do ? That's right, you forget to take the video tape out of the camera before returning it.
Other people are fundamentally cruel, so what do they do? That's right, put it on the internet: Star Wars Kid [3MB Windows Media]
Of course, the internet being what it is, it wasn't long before the original was improved upon:
Star Wars Kid Remix
Star Wars Kid and the dancing baby
Star Wars Kid and the Mortal Kombat workout (Thx)
His name is Ghyslain, a 15-year-old tenth grader living in Quebec. Originally recorded onto an 8mm tape on November 4, 2002 in the school's studio, the video was never meant to be seen by anyone. After Ghyslain returned the borrowed videotape to his friend, the video sat in a basement for months. On April 19, 2003, Ghyslain's friend stumbled on the tape's secret contents and immediately shared it with friends. They thought it would be a funny prank to encode the video and upload it to Kazaa.
It only took two weeks for the video to spread around the world. Raven Software's Bryan Dube added the Star Wars effects on April 24, a mere five days after it originally appeared to the Internet. A week later, both videos were linked on every major gaming- and technology-related website, forum, and chat room online.
Currently Ghyslain, aka the "Star Wars Kid" and his family may be pursuing legal action against the individual(s) who originally posted his video on the Internet.
This site has collected $4334.33 from donations, to buy an Ipod and other gifts for Ghyslain as an compensation.
The story even made it to the New York Times !
And don't forget to read Coolio's posting below. It contains important information about our future.
